I am a Mental Health Counselor with over five years experience working with individual clients, couples, and groups. I believe that mental health is a a necessary part of a balanced life style and that through therapy people can work towards meeting not only their mental health goals, but their lifestyle goals as well.
Therapy is most successful when the therapist and client work together. As a result, my style is eclectic, taking into account the individual, that person's needs, and what they are looking to get out of therapy.
